Our Therapy Services

We provide full day, play based ABA therapy rooted in ESDM and NDBI approaches. Each child has consistent one to one support with an RBT and hands on BCBA oversight throughout the day. Our clinic feels like a warm preschool classroom, with circle time, sensory play, outdoor time, and natural opportunities to build communication, play, independence, and daily living skills.

Play Based ABA Therapy

We provide full day, play based ABA therapy using ESDM and NDBI approaches. Every child has one to one support with an RBT and close BCBA oversight.

One to one support all day

Each child is paired with their own small team of RBTs. Across the day, one dedicated RBT is with your child at a time for the full therapy day, so they always have a consistent, responsive adult who knows their cues, preferences, and goals.

Preschool style daily schedule

Our days look and feel like a high quality preschool or pre K classroom, with circle time, sensory play, outdoor time, and structured play based learning stations where children practice communication, social, and self help skills inside activities they already enjoy.

BCBA oversight and coaching

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides a minimum of 20 percent oversight, including regular observations, staff coaching, data review, and ongoing program adjustments so treatment stays individualized and clinically strong.

Parent access to goals and data

Families receive secure access to their child’s program through an app, where they can see current goals, daily notes, and progress data so they always know what we are working on and how their child is doing.

Family guidance for home carryover

We schedule regular family guidance meetings to coach parents and caregivers on the same strategies we use in the clinic, problem solve real life situations, and create simple plans families can use at home and in the community.

Compassionate behavior support

When children engage in challenging behaviors, we use relationship based, trauma informed behavior reduction strategies that focus on understanding the reason for the behavior, teaching safer communication, and protecting the child’s dignity while building real life coping skills.

  • Our clinical director starts with a comprehensive assessment to identify your child’s strengths, challenges, and specific goals. As part of this assessment process, we utilize various age-appropriate assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ESDM, PEAK, and the Vineland-3. • Yes! We absolutely support collaboration with outside providers. We have a few trusted companies we love and often recommend for speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, but families are always welcome to bring in their own providers as well. We’re happy to coordinate and share space to ensure your child’s full team is working together.

  • Yes, absolutely. We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics’ guidelines for healthy sleep and work closely with families to honor each child’s nap schedule. If your child typically naps during the day, we’ll incorporate that into their session routine.

Please note: While we support naps as part of a child’s developmental needs, we do not bill insurance for nap time.
