Our clinical leadership team is made up of board-certified behavior analysts who guide the learning, development, and therapeutic progress of each child at Play Based Wellness. These clinicians are responsible for assessment, treatment planning, ongoing data-based adjustments, and coaching the staff who deliver day-to-day support.
Our BCBAs are actively involved in sessions, collaborating closely with families and ensuring that each child receives evidence-based, individualized care. Their work is grounded in naturalistic teaching, developmental science, and meaningful play. This approach creates therapy that is responsive, warm, and aligned with how young children learn.
Clinical leadership ensures that every child’s program is purposeful, monitored, and tailored to support progress across communication, social engagement, play, and independence. Families can expect consistent support, clear communication, and a collaborative partnership throughout their entire journey with us.

Anna Osipova, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Hi everyone. I’m Anna, Founder and Clinical Director at Play Based Wellness. I entered the world of ABA because I love helping children learn through connection, joy, and truly meaningful interaction. Over the years, I’ve supported children across home and clinic settings, and each family has shaped the way I practice and the values behind this clinic.
I am deeply passionate about play based, developmentally grounded ABA and building strong relationships that honor each child’s individuality. My clinical focus includes communication, social engagement, and intraverbal development, especially for early learners and gestalt language processors. I help children learn to express their needs, navigate tough moments, and feel confident using their voices in ways that feel natural and safe for them. I also emphasize compassionate behavior reduction and use proactive supports that help children stay regulated and successful during everyday routines.
I have extensive experience creating therapy environments that feel warm, structured, and joyful. I understand how sensory needs influence learning and use that knowledge to help children remain comfortable and ready to participate. My treatment plans are individualized, medically necessary, and centered around building real-life independence across home, school, and community settings. Families often say they feel supported, informed, and truly heard throughout the process.
Outside of the clinic, I love Pilates, cooking healthy meals, spending time with my partner and family, and recharging with the simple routines that keep me grounded. Play Based Wellness is my heart, and I pour everything into making this a place where children feel safe, capable, and celebrated.
I’m grateful for the trust families place in us and can’t wait to support your child’s growth and be part of your family’s journey.
Hi there! I’m Lauren, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than a decade of experience supporting children, families, and interdisciplinary teams. My career has taken me through clinical leadership, direct ABA services, parent training, organizational behavior management, and large-scale program development, and each chapter has strengthened my passion for helping children learn and thrive.
I’ve served in roles ranging from Clinical Director of ABA Services to Founder and Lead Behavior Analyst of a nationally recognized program. I’ve led teams, supervised BCBAs and RBTs, designed competency-based training programs, and supported thousands of hours of clinical care. My background also includes organizational behavior management and learning-and-development work, which has given me a unique ability to build strong teams, create effective systems, and ensure that every child receives consistent, high-quality support.
My clinical focus includes helping children communicate effectively, supporting emotional and behavioral regulation, and empowering families with the knowledge and tools they need to feel confident at home and in the community. I love creating learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and motivated, and I am committed to compassionate, developmentally informed care that honors each child’s strengths. I also enjoy using technology, AAC supports, and individualized curricula to help every child find their voice and grow their independence.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about continual learning, mentoring new clinicians, and bringing creative problem-solving into everything I do. I care deeply about strong relationships, high-quality programming, and making sure families feel supported from day one.
I’m so excited to be part of this clinic and to help create meaningful, lasting progress for the incredible children and families we serve. If we have the chance to work together, I cannot wait to meet your family and support your child’s journey.

Kathryn Swann, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Hi everyone. I’m Kathryn, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience supporting children across clinic, home, and community settings. Before becoming a BCBA, I worked hands on as an RBT, which shaped the way I approach therapy today. I value meaningful relationships, responsive teaching, and evidence based practices that actually match the way young children learn.
Throughout my career, I have used a variety of assessments and intervention models, including ESDM, VB MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, and IISCA, to guide individualized treatment. I love helping children build communication, social engagement, play skills, and daily living skills through natural interactions that feel supportive and enjoyable. I also have experience running social skills groups, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting older children in school and community settings.
In my work as a BCBA, I focus on creating thoughtful, goal directed programs that honor each child’s strengths and help families feel understood and supported. I enjoy mentoring students and interns, coaching caregivers, and shaping interventions that lead to real progress in daily life.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, exploring nature, and spending time with my family and friends. I am grateful to be part of the PBW team and look forward to supporting your child’s growth and celebrating every step forward.
